How do I get my files?
Right after payment you're taken to a download page with links to your files. Paddle also emails you a receipt. If anything goes wrong, email us at tidydoors+souky@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and we'll send the files within 1 business day.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. All products are digital downloads (PDF printables or Excel spreadsheet files). Nothing physical is shipped.
What do I need to open the files?
Printables are PDF files that open in any PDF reader and print on A4 or US Letter paper. Spreadsheets are .xlsx files for Microsoft Excel 2019/2021/365 (Windows or Mac) or Google Sheets (free with a Google account).
Is this a subscription?
No. Every product is a single, one-time payment.
Who is Paddle and why does it appear on my statement?
Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, calculates sales tax/VAT, issues your invoice and handles billing questions and refunds. Your card statement will show a Paddle charge (e.g. PADDLE.NET* followed by our store name).
Can I get a refund?

Can I use the printables in my classroom?
Yes — the license covers personal family use or use in a single classroom. Schools needing multiple classrooms, or anyone wanting to resell or share the files, should contact us first.
Can I use the spreadsheets for a client or several businesses?
One purchase covers use in one business. Contact us for multi-business use.
Do the spreadsheets give accounting or tax advice?
No. They are record-keeping and calculation templates. They are not accounting software and not tax, legal or financial advice.
Which Arabic is used in the kids printables?
Each word is shown in Modern Standard Arabic, everyday Lebanese/Levantine Arabic and English, with transliteration so non-Arabic-reading parents can help.
