This Privacy Policy explains how Fouad Emad Souki, a sole proprietor based in Choueifat, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon, trading as Souky Studio ("we") handles personal data when you visit https://souky-studio.pages.dev or buy from us.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect

  • Orders: payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, country/postal code and payment details. We never see or store your full card details. Paddle shares with us the order details we need to deliver and support your purchase (such as your name, email, country, products bought and order number).
  • Messages: if you email or call us, we keep your contact details and message to answer you.
  • Technical data: our website host may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

Our own pages don't set cookies. When you open the checkout, Paddle's checkout (Paddle.js) may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for payment, security and fraud prevention. See Paddle's Privacy Policy. Your browser's session storage is used briefly to show your download links after payment.

4. Why we use your data (legal bases)

  • To deliver your products, provide support and handle refunds (performance of a contract).
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
  • To send you news or offers — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

5. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com (payments, tax, invoicing, refunds) — privacy policy.
  • Our website host (Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.)) and our email provider, which process data on our behalf.
  • Authorities, if required by law.

Some of these providers are located outside your country (for example in the EU, UK or USA). Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Order records: as long as required for tax and accounting (generally up to 10 years). Support emails: up to 3 years after our last contact. Server logs: kept by our host for a short period, typically no more than 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Lebanon's Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email tidydoors+souky@mail.grokbot.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our printables are for children, but our website and checkout are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Purchases must be made by an adult.

9. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS, and payments are handled by Paddle's PCI DSS compliant checkout.
