These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every purchase from this website (https://souky-studio.pages.dev), operated by Fouad Emad Souki, a sole proprietor based in Choueifat, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon, trading as Souky Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Our brands are Kaak & Crayons and Souky Business Tools. Please read them before buying. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you buy, your contract of sale is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt/invoice. We remain responsible for the products themselves, their descriptions, delivery of the files and product support.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase. Our kids printables are designed to be used by children under adult supervision.

3. Products

All products are digital downloads: printable PDF files (Kaak & Crayons) and spreadsheet files in .xlsx format for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Souky Business Tools). No physical product is shipped. Each product page describes what is included, file formats, requirements and limitations. Colors may look slightly different on screen and in print. Screenshots of spreadsheets show sample, fictional data.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions. Paddle may display prices converted into your local currency and will add sales tax or VAT where required, shown before you pay. Launch prices are clearly labelled and may end at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If we display a price in error, we will tell you before accepting the order or offer a refund.

5. Delivery

Download links are shown immediately after successful payment. If you can't access them, email tidydoors+souky@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and we will send the files within 1 business day. Please save your files; you're welcome to ask us to resend them at any time.

6. Correcting order errors

You can review the product and price in the checkout before paying. If you bought the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we will swap it or refund you.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. License and permitted use

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, described in full on our License page. In short: printables may be used by your family or in one classroom; spreadsheets may be used in one business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or claim the files as your own. All content, illustrations and designs are owned by us and protected by copyright.

9. Spreadsheet disclaimer

Our spreadsheets are calculation and record-keeping templates. They are not accounting software and do not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial or investment advice. Exchange rates are entered by you. You are responsible for checking your figures and for meeting your local legal and tax obligations.

10. Educational content

Our printables support learning at home and in class. Lebanese Arabic pronunciation varies by region and family; we use common Beirut/Mount Lebanon forms.

11. Liability

We provide our products with reasonable care and as described. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
