What's inside

• Orders tracker: order and due dates, customer and product dropdowns, quantity, automatic list price with optional override, discount, delivery fee, total, cost of goods, profit, status, payment, amount paid and balance due. Overdue open orders are highlighted in red.
• Recipe costing: list each ingredient per recipe and get the ingredient cost per batch. Packaging per unit and labour/overhead per batch give the true cost per unit.
• Ingredients & inventory: pack size and pack price give the cost per gram, ml or piece. Stock on hand and reorder levels drive LOW / OK alerts, a "packs to buy" suggestion and stock value.
• Pricing calculator: target margin, suggested price, your price, profit per unit, actual margin, markup and an On target / Below target check — plus a quick calculator for one-off quotes (margin, markup and tax/VAT).
• Monthly profit dashboard: 14 KPI cards, a 12-month table, top products, orders by status and 4 charts (revenue vs profit, top products, orders per month, revenue share).
• Customer list: contact, area, allergies and preferences (allergies highlighted), order count, total spent, last order, balance due and an automatic New / Regular / VIP tier.
• Settings: business name, currency label, VIP threshold, default margin and editable dropdown lists.
• Dropdowns, data validation and conditional formatting throughout. Formula cells are protected (no password, so you can still customise).

Requirements & limits

• Microsoft Excel 2019, 2021 or Microsoft 365 (Windows or Mac), or a free Google account for Google Sheets. Not tested in Apple Numbers or LibreOffice.
